You are invited to the final conference of the \u201e<\/strong>Know Your Rights<\/strong><\/a>\u201c project<\/strong> that will be held in The National Museum, Su\u00f0urgata 21 \u2013 102 Reykjav\u00edk, Wednesday 20th October at 13:00-16:00. \u00a0The conference is in English.\u00a0 Pre-registration is not obligatory, but we would appreciate to know if you are coming.<\/a> See Agenda<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erasmus+<\/a> funds the project that Einur\u00f0<\/a> leads and partners to the project are: Jafnr\u00e9ttish\u00fas, Compass Austria, Centre for Social Innovation in Cyprus, Social Innovation Fund in Lithuania, Acci\u00f3n Laboral and Asociaci\u00f3n Camions in Spain.  Project objective is to raise awareness of migrant works on their labour rights and available support in respective country and according to EU legislation in to 3-5 migrant languages in each partner country.  Open education material and videos are produced on; minimum wages, taxes, and payroll, working conditions and security standards, healthcare and insurance, unions and employment contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Iceland open education material and videos on the Icelandic labour market was produced in Spanish, Thai, Russian, Arabic and English. All material produced and will be adapted to more language groups in the future.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00de\u00e9r er bo\u00f0i\u00f0 \u00e1 lokar\u00e1\u00f0stefnu \u201dKnow Your Rights<\/a>\u201d verkefnisins<\/strong> sem ver\u00f0ur haldinn \u00ed \u00dej\u00f3\u00f0minjasafninu, Su\u00f0urg\u00f6tu 41 102 Reykjav\u00edk, \u00a0mi\u00f0vikudaginn 20. okt\u00f3ber kl. 13-16<\/strong>. \u00a0R\u00e1\u00f0stefnan er \u00e1 ensku, forskr\u00e1ning er ekki skilyr\u00f0i en okkur \u00fe\u00e6tti v\u00e6nt um a\u00f0 vita af \u00fe\u00e9r.<\/a> Sj\u00e1 dagskr\u00e1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afur\u00f0ir verkefnisins eru \u00fearfagreining \u00e1 st\u00f6\u00f0u erlendra starfsmanna \u00ed \u00fe\u00e1ttt\u00f6kul\u00f6ndunum, n\u00e1mskr\u00e1 og n\u00e1msefni fyrir jafningjafr\u00e6\u00f0slu, fr\u00e6\u00f0slumyndb\u00f6nd og uppl\u00fdsingas\u00ed\u00f0ur um r\u00e9ttindi og stu\u00f0ning vi\u00f0 erlenda starfsmenn \u00e1 3-5 tungum\u00e1lum \u00ed hverju landi.  Opi\u00f0 menntaefni og fr\u00e6\u00f0slumyndb\u00f6nd voru unnin um: l\u00e1gmarkslaun og skattaumhverfi, vinnua\u00f0st\u00e6\u00f0ur og \u00f6ryggism\u00e1l, heilsug\u00e6slu og sj\u00fakratryggingar, verkal\u00fd\u00f0sf\u00e9l\u00f6g og r\u00e1\u00f0ningasamninga.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
